Our agency is a charitable, tax exempt organization (501 C-3). All contributions to the organization are tax deductible under federal and state law.
Your $10,000 donation will serve 72 uninsured people with glaucoma receive care for 12 months including evaluations every three months and supply of costly glaucoma medications.
A $5,000 donation will provide diabetic eye examinations for 25 people with diabetes who are without insurance. The donation may also provide two people with diabetes, the laser treatment (90 days of treatment) they desperately require which normally would cost between $3,000-$5,000 per treatment.
A $1,000 donation will provide eye examinations for 25 children who have failed their vision screening in school and are without financial resources to pay for the evaluation OR retina laser, global treatment at Kresge Eye Institute
Your $500 donation can provide 12 pair of prescription glasses for children without financial resources OR 10 hours of computer training for the blind or visually impaired.
